Refund and Returns Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY (for the e-Shop)

If you wish to exchange the product you purchased, you can do so within 14 days from the invoice date using one of the following methods:

  1. Exchange at a Store You can visit any Mullet store and show your receipt or exchange card.
  2. Exchange via e-Shop Process:
    • Contact us via email at mulletaki@gmail.com and inform us of the product codes you wish to return and the codes or sizes you would like to exchange them for.
    • Pack the products either in the Mullet bag you received them in, or any other packaging that ensures the products will arrive undamaged.
    • Send the package according to the instructions provided through email for the return.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different product or size (i.e., a product change), you will be charged a 4€ shipping fee.

** If there is a difference in the balance, you can either have a credit balance on your account or make the payment via cash on delivery or bank deposit.

*** If you choose to make payment via cash on delivery, you will incur a 1.50€ cash on delivery fee.

**** Gift wrapping is not available for exchanges.


RETURN POLICY (for the e-Shop)

If for any reason you wish to return your online order and get your money back, you have the right to cancel the order within 5 days from the date of the receipt.

Process:

  • Contact us via email at mulletaki@gmail.com to notify us of your return and the reason for the return.
  • We will arrange the return process. We can send a courier (ACS COURIER) and charge you 4€ for shipping, or you can send it via your chosen courier at your own shipping cost.
  • Within 10 days from the day the package is delivered to the company, your money will be refunded in full.

** Return shipping costs for cancellation of the purchase will always be borne by the customer.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The following terms must be fully met in order for the return/exchange of the order to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not comply with the Exchange and Return Terms listed below.

  • The exchange request must not exceed 14 days from the date shown on the receipt or exchange card.
  • The withdrawal request for a return of money must not exceed 14 days from the date shown on the receipt or exchange card.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, free of damage, stains, and suitable for resale.
  • All products must have all original manufacturer tags and packaging as they had when purchased.
  • Always contact Mullet e-shop at mulletaki@gmail.com before returning products.

** When you receive the products, we acknowledge that they will be tried on to ensure they meet your expectations. Since some products come into direct contact with the skin, please always wear underwear when trying them on.

** If the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can send the items to the company for an exchange or a refund.

** In case of non-compliance with the listed terms, the company reserves the right to refuse your return.

** Mullet.gr is not responsible for merchandise lost during the return process if the shipment is made by a courier of your choice. Any damage to the product during its return to Mullet.gr is the sole responsibility of the customer.
